PIPES!
Galvanized pipes, 30 inches long/ 3 inches in diameter, make great shotgun targets! They are portable, easy to set up, but not too easy to hit. You have to hit them squarely with lead birdshot. For this drill I set up 4 pipes approximately 3 yards apart. Distance: 10 yards.
Note: Small-frame shooter v. 12 gauge inertia driven shotgun comes down to body mechanics.
STANCE: Weight on front leg, rear leg straight, heel planted.
CHEEK WELDED to the stock through recoil.
BEAD/ SIGHT TRACKING: Keep the bead moving across the array while focusing sharply on the bead/ sight.
